We are looking for a Sales and Commercial Manager who will work closely with the Operations Manager, General Manager and the board.

The areas that the position will cover are:Plan and coordinate all sales activitiesSales and follow-up responsibility towards customersMarketing of the company's servicesDevelop and follow up marketing strategySales budget and profit responsibility

We are looking for you who have a combination of commercial drive, fearlessness, are independent, creative, and who keep good order. You should have the ability to see the overall perspective and still have an eye for detail. We are looking for a person who is proactive, outreaching, efficient, and who has a strategic approach. It is important that you quickly familiarize yourself with new work tasks and areas of responsibility. You are curious and have a good marketing and business understanding, as well as the ability to implement strategic decisions. Sales and Marketing Manager in Energy Consult AS constitutes an important function where the goal is to increase the company's market shares through developing good cooperation with our customers. This is a unique opportunity for you who want to work with major energy, industry, and infrastructure projects internationally and in Norway.

Some travel business must be calculated, in order to meet customers, and stay up to date on our projects. We are looking for a person who can lead the sales and marketing work, and who will be responsible for securing further assignments and an increase in leased resources with the right earnings. You must like to build relations and at the same time work purposefully.


Your work tasks

Measures to increase the company's market share in line with the company's objectives. Establish contacts with new and existing customers in addition to follow-up and further development of the company's existing customer portfolio. Generate and quality-control leads as well as further develop good follow-up routines. Prepare and present offers, as well as follow up deliveries to customers. Ensure good communication and interaction with management, customers and partners. Open "doors" for opportunities and be a part of the company's face to the outside world. Participate in follow-up of websites and social media.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in relevant subjects such as marketing, administration, economics, HSE, and the like. Solid market-oriented work experience and / or industry experience from similar types of work can compensate for a lack of formal education. Experience from project sales or equivalent. Understanding of sales budget. Good technical competence and / or interest. Experience with the use of digital applications and platforms. Good presentation skills, written and oral in Norwegian and English.
