Your work tasks

○ Lead the design team and coordinate the work with the design management on the project.

 

○ Prepare a design plan, and coordinate with the project's main progress plan and purchasing plan.

 

○ Control the delivery of architects and consulting engineers, and ensure that the right solutions are chosen, based on given frameworks, budgets and schedules.

 

○ Contribute in the early phase with concept development, the calculation process and sketch / preliminary project.

Qualifications

○ Minimum 3-year college education, preferably in construction

 

○ Experience with project design management, project development and / or project management

 

○ Good technical competence and interest. Experience with the use of digital applications and platforms.

 

○ Knowledge of or experience from collaboration tools, VDC, use of BIM and Lean in construction projects.

 

○ Experience from building and construction projects with high environmental requirements

 

○ Good Norwegian and English skills (written and oral).
