Administrations Manager

We are looking for a professional who will work closely with the general manager and the board. The administrative areas that the position will cover are: market, strategy, finance, and personnel. We are looking for you who have a combination of drive, control and creativity. You should also be both detail-oriented, and have the ability to see overall perspectives. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, and manages to embrace the breadth of the business.

We are looking for you who are efficient, accurate, conscientious, and who enjoy administrative work. It is important that you quickly familiarise yourself with new work tasks and issues. You are curious, and have a good market and business understanding, as well as the ability to implement strategic decisions. The administration in Energy Consult is an important function, where the goal is to ensure a good and efficient flow of our services to the customer. Your work tasks

○ Manage and develop the company according to strategic plans.○ Work on improvement processes, and professionalize the company for further growth.○Ensure good communication and interaction with management, customers, and partners.○ Follow-up of deliveries to customers.○ Ensure good and solid financial management of the company.○ Overview of internal and external systems.

Qualifications

○ Minimum 3-year college education in relevant subjects - administration, economics, HSE / QA etc., or equivalent experience.○ Accounting and budget understanding.○ Good technical competence and interest. Experience with the use of digital applications and platforms.○ Experience from market-oriented activities, preferably from HR, finance, the consulting industry, and the construction industry.○ Good Norwegian and English skills (written and oral).
